By visiting our store or purchasing from IceBrush, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products
We try to show our products and their colors as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustration, and small differences may occur. Product results such as clearing time may vary depending on weather, ice thickness and use.

Prices and payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is listed at an incorrect price or if we suspect fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping and returns
Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

Use of the product
Use the product only as described in its instructions. Remove sand and dirt from the glass before use. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of the product.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IceBrush is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
